Groundwork Labs LLC ("Groundwork Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the XP Momentum mobile and web application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Your email address, full name, and password when you create an account.
• Goal & Activity Data: Goals, milestones, progress logs, streaks, and any other content you enter into the App.
• Group Data: Group names, member invitations, and shared goal information when you use the Groups feature.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information directly.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns within the App.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
• Log Data: Error logs, crash reports, and performance data to help us improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe.
• To send you transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts).
• To respond to your support requests and communications.
• To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the user experience.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security breaches.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Base44 (hosting and backend infrastructure).
• Group Members: Your name and goal activity may be visible to other members of a Group you join.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and restricted access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Correction: Update your account info anytime in Settings.
• Account Deletion: Email support@xpmomentum.com to request deletion.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails via the link in any email.
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting us directly.

7. Children's Privacy

XP Momentum is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

• Base44 — Hosting and backend infrastructure (base44.com/privacy)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
